Our co-founder, Abbie, an experienced school principal, frequently voiced her frustrations over the difficulty in finding educators who were not only qualified but also genuinely passionate about making a significant difference in students' lives.

Meanwhile, Alexander, our other co-founder and a well-known resourcing professional, understood the struggles faced by talented educators in securing positions that aligned with their skills and aspirations.
